OP, go with an '07-08 and, if possible, get at least an enthusiast model (for traction control). I got mine with only 7k miles for the same price they're offering you for the base model so take a good look around to see what other HR's are available in your area first. I don't know that the difference is so noticeable from a driver's perspective, but one of my good friends owns a DE model and drove my car and said there is a noticeable difference- who knows really but the numbers don't lie.
