How much are people getting for their z's these days

i have an 06 base model in perfect condition but it has just over 100 k on it. how much should i be asking

fat3oy Feb 23, 2010 06:45 PM

If I had to make an educated guess, I'd say between 7k and 9k...

But do a KBB search to narrow the price...

fat3oy Feb 23, 2010 06:45 PM

http://www.kbb.com/used-cars

there is the link for the value...

NISMOhopefull Feb 23, 2010 06:46 PM

kbb.com... just giving you a heads up before you get a little flaming

davidv Feb 23, 2010 10:07 PM

$11,250

prnstr40 Feb 24, 2010 02:06 AM

@9-9.5k

DavesZ#3 Feb 24, 2010 03:07 AM

"perfect condition" and more than 100K miles seems to be mutually exclusive.

It's not an 03. I'd say no more than 11 but no less than 10. Also I would not use KBB.com try using Edmunds.com for the price quote also.

What have you been smoking Dave? It's worth no more than $11,249.

dont use KBB. Use edmunds.com True Market Value to determine the correct resale value of your car

lilpud Feb 24, 2010 07:29 AM

its not worth it. take the money you are going to use to buy that next car and just build and turbo the wheels off this one. There sir is your new car.

this is a good idea and what i would really want to do. i luv my z. but kiddies cant fit in the back. this is the downside. im also a lil scared of blowing my engine. 100k is a lot of miles for a some turbs

honeybadger Feb 25, 2010 10:19 AM

Better than looking at KBB or even Edmunds is going on Craigslist and taking the average of prices on there (and then taking a little bit off that because of the asking price-paying price spread nature of CL).

JasonZ-YA Feb 25, 2010 10:24 AM

sell the Z??? Neber!!!

:koolaid:

Screw KBB, and EDMUNDS...throw a for sale sign on it with a tad higher price from what you want. See if people bite then negotiate.

But with luck you can probably squeeze 12,000 out of someone.
