GoodBye to my 2003 350Z Touring
It been a long time since I have posted on here since I moved to Japan. But recently I had to go home to sign papers to release my Z to the insurance company. Somehow....my father was moving from Dallas to OKC and managed to wreck my car on a dry road....it wasnt even raining from what I was told.
My father is well....and did not get a single scratch from the accident.... and for the accident he somehow blames my tires which has less than 7k on them for causing the accdient. LOL... Insurance company totaled out my car and paid out to me $15,600. Of course....the $500 deduct was already subtracted.
I will post up more pictures later....the damage is quite extensive in the wheel well. The shock absorber snapped in half and the lower control arm snapped in half too. All of the actual damage went to the front left wheel.

More Pics
The first picture is to show how bad the damage is from the outside.
The second picture is a brick I had to place up in the upper control arm to keep the front of the car off the ground.
The third picture is the shock absorber that snapped in half.
The fourth picture is the Lower arm.

LOL....my father did not use the NOS in my car at that time. i had all that disconnected before leaving it there with him.
As for the generous amount I got for a 2003 model....yea I was really surprised. For all its worth....I got me a new Z....doesnt have the leather seats though.... But thats ok... I wont feel as bad later on when i put racing seats in there later on.
Thanks everyone....I feel that my Z was a loss.... It was paid off and i never had to intention of selling it either.
