How Long does a car stay in dealers Inventory after it's picked up?
 

My dealer took posession of a "Z" on Saturday and the car was picked up by the new owner yesterday but when I check Nissandriven.com for my dealers inventory, it still shows that car in dealers stock. How long does it usually take before it's removed??

I saw one in my dealers inventory that I now for a fact was picked up (by a member here) and it was on the inventory for at least a week or so after pickup.

The only thing that takes it off the inventory is the dealer reporting the vehicle sold on the Nissan computer system. Some dealers do this right away...some dealers wait till they get around to it.

I actually used the dealer inventory function on nissandriven today and was surprised to find 10 cars (5 each) at two different locations, but it appears that information is not reliable. Once again you put a uselful tool in the hands of a dealership and they actually create a probelm by not using it. Way to go guys!
