Me, id get a sexy set of Volks with some beefy tires.

New paint job, chrome plenum, dress up engine bay (i.e. silicone hoses) or purchase some deep concave wheels.

coilovers, wheels, and gas.. lots of gas.

Prolly a Vortex SC.
Cough up the difference on the total cost out of my pocket.

Well I'm mostly stock beside my pop charger, so I'd go for an hks hi power, 5/16 plenum spacer, art pipes, mines lip, bumper tuck, coilovers, and some volks.
