I find this to be very true. My Z is an 05 and several people have asked me if its new and someone insinuated once that it must be nice to drive a brand new car... I then informed her it was an 05 with 120k miles on it and she shut her mouth.

The Z's stock appearance is holding it's own among newer cars. Now if it only had the interior that the 370 has it would be perfect.

Agreed. But the cars you mentioned are not even in the same price range so they don't count.

And to the guy who said: "as long as you are keeping the car close to stock exterior wise, it will always look like a respectable car." So a guy with functional or quality exterior mods won't have a respectable car?

I don't think that's what he was saying, if its functional... As in the bumper hole for intakes (can't really think of many other "functional" exterior mods), I like those mods. Huge *** spoilers, vtech stickers, ect.... I find repulsive. But rims, and a moderate body kit I can handle
