I hate thiefs
My boss comes in and has a horrified look on his face when he sees me. At that point im thinking "this can't be good".
Turns out overnight some *** decided to smash my passenger window and cut my radio out while ripping up part of the center plastic console in the process.

I would get insurance involved. Was the wiring harness behind the radio cut? Plus they would fix the glass and replace the radio and most likely the waterfall.
As long as they don't raise your insurance payments.

Inform your insurance, you don't have to file a claim unless you want to. Something like this you will have to pay your deductible (hopefully $250-$500). With the replacement of the stereo, window installation and tint, as well as the console I'm certain you'll surpass the $500 mark... Sucks to see stuff like that, especially since it'll end up costing you.

Same **** happened to me man, except they stole my $500 Passport Escort..... I would honestly get the insurance involved because everything will for sure surpass the $500 mark.

I think that's what irritates me as well.....the glass you broke is worth more than the part you stole.......
3 Days into owning my little project/beater/track car miata, my window and top were destroyed, for a radio that didnt work
Depending on what your deductible is, out of pocket is probably going to be your best route.
