Clear Bra Deal in Orlando Area
 

I had the clear bra installed today by Dave Duncan of UltraShield Orlando. He did an outstanding job. I was his first 350Z install. This guy is very very detail orientated. It took almost 5 hours for him to install the 3M kit. It is virtually invisible on my Silverstone baby. My only regret was he doesn't have the light kit yet. His price installed is $500 plus tax. I was quoted $50 for the light kit installed when he gets them. I am very pleased with the product and the professional installation Dave did. On the way home (120 miles) I hit a swarm of the infamous Florida lovebugs and they splattered themselves all over the clearbra and windshield. Lovebugs are my primary reason for getting the clearbra because their body acids destroy paint if not removed propmtly. When I got home I got a white towel got it wet and them damn bugs wiped right off with virtually no effort. Unfortunetly I don't have any pics but I can assure you if Dave installs it on your Z you will be happy. Westpak posted some excellent pictures of his install by someone in S Florida for those of you that are concerned about the line being an eyesore. If you don't know its there, I would bet you wouldn't notice it at all.

Could you please keep us updated with pictures and how the film holds up in the Florida heat/humidity ?
I'm from Jacksonville,FL, and needless to say, the lovebugs and the rock haulers from 'Florida Rock' are just waiting for my Z to arrive in Dec/Jan. I just changed my order from Le Mans w/charcoal to Super Black w/burnt orange. And everyone knows that dings and chips show more on black. But being 37, I couldn't see myself driving an orange car in 5 years time :) , and the black looked real classy and powerful and mean...
So pls pls pls, feed us some pics and updates.

Is there any reason to wait a period of time for the paint to cure before it is installed?

South Florida install. If his install was as good as it says; maybe we can get a group install going so he can come down??? I'll email to see if he would be interested..

I have some pics taken after the bra was installed. I need some assistance in figuring out how to post. I tried attaching and it says the pic is too big. HELP !!!! I have had several people look at the car and not notice the bra until I poined it out to them. The splattered bugs are a breeze to remove too.
