Thoughts on this Maserati/Porsche 350z Kit?

Just wondering what you guys think of this Z with a Maserati front end and Porsche rear :dunno: ...

HRMoneyPit 07-30-2015 11:31 AM

Actually looks kinda cool lol but i wouldn't

Pengu 07-30-2015 11:32 AM

I wouldn't either, but I think it looks good and the money was obviously put in to have it done right. What pisses me off the most is it says "Porsche" on the back.

dkmura 07-30-2015 11:53 AM

Seems like a waste of automotive parts...

MicVelo 07-30-2015 11:58 AM

Poseur.

Where's the barf emoji when I need one??? :icon14:

MatthewBouchard 07-30-2015 12:08 PM

When I saw those pics, this is what I instantly thought of/remembered ~ same concept.

nizmo_0385 07-30-2015 12:25 PM

Looks better than rocket bunny and stardast

dboyzalter 07-30-2015 12:45 PM

They should keep all emblems off I'm sure for whatever they invested in doing all that they could have got a **** box boxter that would cause many good head akes.

StevSam 07-30-2015 03:19 PM

I like it, but I'd rather get the Stardast :dunno:

dSpaceman 07-30-2015 03:30 PM

It's different, that's for sure. Practical? Definitely not, but then again aesthetic mods are only tailored to personal taste. So I guess if the owner's goal was to differentiate his Z from everyone else's, then he did a pretty great job.

Mikey R6 07-31-2015 12:56 AM

i like the shaved doors look... thats about it.

Firebase99 07-31-2015 03:03 AM

I think the person that did that needs to be removed from the gene pool. What an abortion. So glad I got rid of my '99 Civic, I mean 350Z years ago.

RedBullRR 07-31-2015 05:44 AM

A lot of money was spent on that.... SMH
I really am digging the Spoiler tho.

I got your six, homie.

:icon16:

:roflpuke:

I bet that kit adds at least, like 300hp. More than you can afford, pal. 350porschati.

Thanks, Heel, I feel so much better now with that load off. :o

rancor 07-31-2015 06:47 AM

Are there any more pictures of this car because it looks like a render? If it isn't i am very impressed by the work then went into it even if it looks like barf.

vex008 07-31-2015 07:10 AM

if that is a 350z hatch (unmodified) that wing/spoiler is a pretty nice piece on its own.

jhc 07-31-2015 07:29 AM

I find it insulting to Mr K and all Z owners, esp bmccann101.

The Z has a perfectly good lineage, and an excellent reputation for overall reliability. Bang for the buck, there are few that can compete.

Cookiezor 07-31-2015 10:17 AM

if dude likes it then who r we to judge? i personally would not, just bc its not my cup of tea.

It's almost being a poser.. If you get a nissan Z, why try to change it into something it's not?
Having said that.. It's very well done and actually looks kind of good even though I don't want to admit it.
Not something I'd drive but to each their own and I'm sure whoever owns this has a lot of money into it and really likes it so all power to them.

KingBaby 07-31-2015 10:47 AM

the rear flare is by far the most subtle and more complementing of the Z's body lines I've seen without making it look wide!

Fridge Gnome 07-31-2015 01:34 PM

I like the rear. Can't say I'm a fan of the front, or Maserati fronts in general. Looks well done though, aside from putting "Porsche" on it.

dcains 07-31-2015 02:05 PM

Why not at least have the front and rear match?

MicVelo 08-01-2015 12:25 PM

Aside from the identity crisis, it baffles me why this person felt the need to attempt creating something it obviously is not. (Same way I feel about people who do this in other aspects of life.... why let your insecurities get in the way of being who you are? :icon22:)

Again, poseurs.... bleah.

That poor Z.

RUNWDVL 08-01-2015 12:32 PM

You know what? My car value jumped up to 3%.

Toneloc 08-02-2015 06:54 AM

The stick 350z body is beautiful... Spend money under the hood or wheels and tires and some track time... No some poser kit

Golden_Armz 08-11-2015 06:07 PM

That actually looks pretty cool. That guy spent a lot of money and time on this...
