You're not a true car enthusiast if........

Your not a true car enthusiast if........_________

finish the sentence in your own opinion.

Your not a true car enthusiast if.......you have never taken an entire engine apart and reassembled it.

you cry to a high performance shop to install your turbo kit...

your car malfunctions and you run to the shop to find out the problem

you dont own a set of tools in your garage

you have never been pulled over once because of your mods

you live in the state of california (land of ricers & treehuggers & useless Carb laws)

you shop for car parts solely based on brand names

you cannot tell the difference between the two dyno charts (attached)

you quote the tremendous value your getting by buying that new 2016 car with 0-60 in 4.5 seconds........for 50k....:icon44:

so youre saying that a kid cant be an enthusiast? wow arent you closed minded. most of what you mention describes a gearhead not a car enthusiast. and pull over base on mods? how about you grow up and understand that NOT being pulled over is a GOOD thing and that "streetz cred" are for immature brats.

Bruh, Camaro does the 0-60 in 4 seconds, less than $50k. A true car enthusiast would know this.

a true car enthusiast would have more than 450 or so posts in 3.5 years. most of your posts are worthless

My what is not a true......

terrasmak Dec 29, 2015 04:09 PM

Justin, you make some good points, but there are many types of enthusiasts. Some like stock cars and want performance in OEM form without changing anything. Others build their dreams. Many enthusiast pay others to build their dream, some just don't have the time, don't have the skill etc etc.

Good points should consider yourself lucky if you have the time money and skills to modify your car without needing any assistance... Instead of trying to put down others who might not be as fortunate in the DIY skills.

Haha… Oh, I know. I'm on here daily. I just don't post a lot.

Yeah, I survived the blizzard. It's amazing, though, how an inch of snow on the ground makes some people forget how to drive. I saw a couple bad accidents today. :icon14:

dboyzalter Dec 29, 2015 05:04 PM

Yeah lots of interesting things go down when an inch of snow touches down. I saw a tire in the middle of the Mass pike today ... And the aftermarket of a lady doing a nose slide with her blazer on a local bridge.. Ripped her front tow hook off and popped a tire...
