Which Braums did you go with? I about to get rid of my Braum Advan and switch to the Venom-R

I went with the elites. The brackets were awful I ended up paying someone to make me brackets that fit the passenger side. Also the sliders are garbage. Seats themselves are ok I guess but I see myself changing them out down the road.

Follow'd on Instagram.

I'm looking to go with my idea for my Z as well. Aiming for the Superleggera rep with minor mods in black maybe. The painting/prepping is what worrying me in terms of costs.

I would suggest avoiding reps if you can. It will only increase the amount of money the body shop will charge. What kit were you looking at? I followed you back.

I thought my IG was public. . . I accepted.

I'm looking at the Duraflex Superleggera "AM-S Wide" retailing for $1.5K. The genuine Amuse Superleggera kit retails around $8.1K from Bulletproof automotive.
http://www.bulletproofautomotive.com...ebody-full-set

Either way, it's going to costs an arm and a leg, I would think going rep would only costs an arm, costing much less upfront and in the end.

I'm sure we can work something out if you want to get the parts. Work is involved, work is involved will all aftermarket parts but even more with a wide body kit. I always tell people, any wide body is a labor of love. But do you think it's 7k worth of extra work. 1+1= Paul's right.

PM whenever you're curious or just call direct.

Definitely. I'd like to check them out at Fullerton when I have the funding. Do you have customers ever sending you their 350Z with the said kit above of before and after? That be nice. If not, I'd do it.

Do people in the Mid-A even have meets anymore? I figured everyone had sold their cars and bought mini-vans at this point.

GL with the build, BTW.

I'm the MD Clean Culture Chapter leader and an exec for NGC so yeah I host meets often. There is a huge meet this weekend called Panda Junction that I will be attending. Sadly my car will not be ready. The unveiling will most likely be at the OC Car show.

And thanks! Hoping to be done after this lol.

Default update

Car is ready for primer but we need to widen my side skirts to keep the rear quarter body lines. Going to be pushing it to make oc car show in June. I may be stuck showing my daily lol.

APAC got the car done just in time. We leave for the beach this afternoon. Still need to dial in the fitment a little bit and get an alignment but it's good enough for the weekend.

I went down in tire size hoping I would be able to air out but no luck. Waiting on an adjustable spring bucket to be made since the spl midlinks don't work with air lift bags. I'll get this fitment dialed in soon. Pics of the most recent outing.
