Default HKS USA Shutdown? Vendors have any info?

Tried calling the HKS USA support number (855-800-7150) and it has been disconnected. If you try the HKS USA page, it redirects to the Japanese site in English.... No more support?


sigh... probably chinese counterfeit crap out there put their USA support site out of business.


My HKS EVC6 is displaying "valve error". Anyone have an idea?

They have been offering no support for years. They only have their Japanese offices. The market in the US wasn't what it used to be and they had to phase it out. You can still get their parts and support just contact them in japan.

I was in touch with their support here in the US just a few weeks ago. I was in the middle of trying to solve my issue with them... then no emails back. Tried calling and nothing. If you mean by "no support" as in they were useless, then I agree 120%.

Unfortunately the stepper motor is not available separately.
 
The motor from an EVC 5 may work, but we cannot confirm this as we have not tested it.
