Took a closer look at those rear vents and they're almost directly underneath the turn signal/backup light modules in the Z33. If water is coming up that high, it's not from splashback, it's from backing the boat up into the lake too far...

Default Leak found - Leak Found

Found LEAK, found LEAK, well I had no choice but to pull all the paneling and styrofoam out, I hosed my car down and there it was... leaking on both side of the taillights..
Now the billion dollar question is - why would water leak in from the taillights??? I noticed both tail lights no no gasket around them, are then even supposed to have gaskets around them? Ugh... what loos wrong here?

Check out the big brains on brad.

I can't remember if they have a gasket or not, you could try flixi seal or something similar that's removable for when or if you need to replace a bulb

WELL found the source of the leak, about time... I actually have 2 locations where water is coming in...
1 - upon removing the entire plastic inside the trunk and running a hose on the car I noticed the 2 clips that hold the bumper in on bother side was the spot where water is coming in, I guess the car was hit because that is the only explanation as to why water would leak in. I used black silicone on those clips and a day later and a long water job from a hose and no water is entering from those clips...

2 - for some reason water is coming in on the drivers side of the tail light, I guess a little sealant would do the trick as well... we shall see.
