Advice & Opinions

Hey guys, so I was looking into buying a new front bumper and I've always liked the Nismo bumper but I just recently came along a N3-R Style 1 front bumper and I'm in love! :coolio:

But I wanted to swap the stock bumper reflectors with switchback LEDS. I'm not sure if I could install those with the new bumper so I was curious if any of you have tried this already or have an idea? :fingersx:

Switchback Reflector LEDs

P.S: If it comes down to it, I won't have a problem installing the bumper without the switchback LEDs, just a suggestion. I just installed my DEPO headlights and I'm in love so right now I'm in the 'lighting' phase. :dunno:

The lights will only fit the OEM Nismo bumper, not the aftermarket, although there's always the possibility of modifying the bumper to adapt them. Of course, the real Nismo parts are $$$. You might also look at the LEDs from www.zledslights.com. I've got a bunch of his stuff on my car, and it's military-grade top-notch stuff.

Nice picture of Colton (CJM)s car.

I think most people are happy to get rid of those reflectors, the design would make it difficult to mount them and have it look correctly.

Yep, thats coltons car, he runs our front bumper as well as several others on this site. You cannot use the stock reflectors on our bumper, but LEDs can defintely be mounted on the openings.

True, I really dislike the orange stock reflectors since they don't even reflect at night in my opinion. But either way I'm going to be content since the bumper is so clean!
