best engine supplier's
 

Hi, just looking to see if anyone can recommend any good engine suppliers.
I have a 2003 touring edition and the engine just blew up on me.

What's your budget? You want new, used?

I don't think I want to go with new just a low mile tested used engine.I don't think I want to pay more than $2K for an engine seen some from top-rated eBay sellers for less than $1,500 shipped.

are you keeping the car for a long time? if not 2k sounds reasonable for an used engine.

not too long .I seen a couple on eBay with less than 100K that have been tested for less than $1,500 one has 29K on it from a top rated seller.I wanted to get some ideas on if anyone had a good personal experience with a supplier.

ok well, I went and bit the bullet! But I think I got just about the best deal on an engine I could this one only has 29K on it from a top 100% rated eBay seller.Engine was from a wrecked 2004 apparently they kept it garaged and did some cosmetic upgrades then took it out one day and smashed it.So anyhow got this pretty shiny engine for about $1,700 I could have gotten one with 86K for like $300 less but I stuck with this one.Mechanic will install for $1,500
