Seriously, OP, PUT YOUR FREAKING PHONE AWAY WHILE YOU’RE DRIVING! Don’t make your happy place some innocent person’s funeral.

Calm down everyone! Don’t make ASSumptions & accusations about someone who you know absolutely nothing about. Thanks for your concern though...😎

OP: Your FedEx award doesn't make it any less of a douchebag move to snap photos at 55 mph. In fact, it should make you KNOW BETTER.

I have to agree.

The guy is an enthusiast. No one knows the story behind the pic except him. For all we know, he's really that good at taking photos without looking at the phone.

Anyway, let's celebrate some car enthusiasm and have some laughs.

I've been hit TWICE by ******** who were more interested in looking at their phone than they were in looking at the road. In 1998, a girl dialing her phone hit me while I was stopped at a light. She was doing 40 in her daddy's new Mustang and rear-ended my car right into the back of the brand new BMW stopped in front of me, resulting in my 3-year old car getting destroyed and me being thrown into the back seat losing consciousness. The second accident was in 2007 in my wife's Mazda. Another girl, who based on the phone record was texting her friend at the time. She sideswiped and almost caused me to do a PIT maneuver off the interstate. I had to chase her down to get her license number and call the State Patrol on her. Then there were the court hearings I had to attend, the physical therapy, etc. etc.

So yeah. People who play with their cells while driving... kind of a douchebag thing to do.
