Default Proper way to fix minor gas cap issue?

Hey Guys

As you can see the hanger on my gas cap got disconnected lol
How would I properly fix this? I know that I can put a nut or something on there but I don't necessarily like that solution. Does any one know where I can get the clip for this gas cap hanger? With out having to buy a new gas cap I mean.

Or go to Nissan and pay like $10 for the plastic cap.

Move it over 1/2" to the screw that's right there or zip-tie it

I would be more concerned with the rust on your quarter panel than the hardware that holds your gas cap leash.

Yeah I want to repair that. If anyone knows a decent body shop in central Florida let me know.
