Default Thread for my 350Z - project @MADDEST350Z

Greeting,
It has been a while since I visited my350z.
My car is 2006 350z Base Mod - 6MT got it back to 2015 .
I called it MADDEST350Z as what its IG name.

I'ill post all parts that had been or will be in my Z . Sharing you guys the project and see what your feedback and notes . It is amazing when you start from nothing then you add part every month or week.

Got my Z back to 2015 with absolutely no knowledge about the DE,REVUP,HR also nothing I know about touring, track ,Nismo, or base model. The last one is the most stupid drifting action you wish to have.

What I have been done :
- Changed the open diff to SLP diff ( at lease I don't f*cked up in rain or drifting )
- Add Raceland Coilover ( Don't do it, get your *** a real coilover)
- Get 19x9/11 Zedd Preformance Wheels ( Fake don't get it plz it weight more than camel, and the design should be 3p but it came in 1p, which gives it a high chance to break asap )
- Tires from ebay 235/35 on 9.5 width and 265/30 on 11 . Stretch than cat in pipe and stupid ( got them all by 300 shipped , new . thx Ebay and dont get it)

You want worse ? Got you one more
- XTD stage 3 clutch with fly wheels by $3 from ebay and I thought my car will turned out Koenigsegg Agera RS .
(Don't get XTD, you will get STD)

In that stage of shitty mod Z you got 2 actions in car meetings:
Teens who flip burgers come to cars meeting and take 99 pic of my Z with " WOW nice Z bro " " Is it stick shift " "OMG"

Or real enthuses who real know what the f*ck is going on look at my car then disappear forever lol.

However, I learned from the hardest way that cheap **** break and clutch burned and wheels had many issues. It took me paid a lot more than a real deal . because when things break, it does destroyed many things around it.
Fake wheels fail will beak your hub, brake, and fender if not more.
Clutch burned will destroyed fly wheel teeth and you gotta return the balance and tuning and many other ****.

Now what I have :
SPC REAR CAMBER
WORK MEISTER S1R
Size : 19X10.5 19X11.5 ( clear the brake )
Nitto 255/35 & 285/35

What is coming :
AirRex digital suspension
Tomei full exhaust
Clutch still not decided which brand I will go with
Bodykit - still not decide between V3 or another brand
Stretching the tires a lil bit.

Here in this thread I will share my parts, install, pics .
So stay tuned guys,

Thanks,

Saleh

Sorry you had to learn the hard way about buying cheap parts, but it sounds like you're on the right track now. Those Works look amazing, and the black lip with silver center is a great compliment to your Z's color. Tomei also makes the best exhaust for the Z in my opinion, so you won't be disappointed by that. I hope you're ready for the noise it will make though. Although it makes beautiful sounds, it is very loud!

As far as clutch replacement goes, I've heard good things about the JWT clutch and flywheel combo. That is if you want something with a similar feel to the stock clutch. Otherwise Exedy and Spec make some good products if you're looking for a little more bite.

I'm looking forward to your updates and seeing how the car progresses.
