If you're truly OCD, you'll need the other types of push pins that Nissan offers. Plastic fasteners are a never ending odyssey...

Ain't that the truth!! I recall when I worked behind the Datsun parts counter, one of the fastest moving item was interior panel rivets.



Use once, throw away x 7-10 per job. Now I find out my entire Z33s and Z34 are held together with those panel buttons in the OP. Almost as many as the number of zip ties holding my cars together!

Yeah it's always nice to have plenty of exta push clips like these on hand (2 main sizes) even just to replace old/broken ones. Along with many rolls of duct tape and tie wire keep my Z in good enough shape for me to at least get some groceries now and then!

How do they work though? I've had hit or miss results with eBay panel clips.

I was actually surprised by the quality. They fit really well and out of the 100 I only found two or three that were deformed/unusable.
