Owner of 03 Z since 01/05. I am curious how many of us 60+ year olds still drive the Z. Every time I think of letting it go, I take a drive and refresh the feeling I got when I first bought it. She is still a runner; only 66, 000+ miles. Weekend de-stressor, grocery getter.

While getting up there, I have NO INTENTION of ever letting my 33 nor Z-lust go. Mine isn't a daily any longer and my daily is actually faster and handles just as well, if not better than my Z. But when I need "practice" (or as I prefer, "g-therapy"), ahem, the Z gets the nod EVERY time.
And honestly, I couldn't a rat's booty what others may think. Not trying to prove anything to, nor satisfy anyone... but myself.
Still driving my '03 track model on the street and planning on resuming racing this year in a Z33 as well. I'm well into my 60's and love exercising my driving skills in the 350Z. No question- keep driving the Z! There's few pure driving cars around any longer like it.
Far from the age range (24 going on 25), but I hunted far and wide for a respectfully owned and cared for 350z. I got my 2007 San Marino Blue Enthusiast Trim 6MT from someone in their 60s (Who traded in his 300zx twin turbo manual he had bought brand new to buy this 350z). The car was unmodified aside from a radio and remote start, I regret nothing. Beautifully maintained and he gave me a more than fair price ($5,500).
I also own a 2018 STI, but to be honest I get back in the 350z and there's just something that refreshes why you want to keep the car. Whenever I hit the track or do autocross days, I always lean towards my 350z and never the STI.
I am now 74. I bought my z on July 1, 2003. My Z is basically a garage queen and only has 26,750 miles on it. I've been retired for 10 years now so don't have a need for a "daily" driver.
I’m 74, currently have on 07 350Z Grand Touring with 90,000 KMS (54,000 miles) and an 87 rx7 Turboii that I just restored. I’ve had many Zs over the years, just sold an 86 with an 82 Turbo drive train and early Z bumpers.
Just ordered a stereo system from Crutchfield, based on a recommendation McVelo made some time ago to another subscriber on an earlier thread.

OK I guess I'll jump into this thread since I'm 63 and my '07 is a dd, grocery getter and rocks on the street and open road with 58K miles on it; still planning to upgrade the SC trim now that it's starting to warm up here. *Old man (I guess), but I'm glad that I grew up during the classic muscle car era, plus got to see all of the great rock bands hehe!

BTW, I worked at Winterland back in the early '70's. Schlepped equipment from truck to below stage (from that point up and onto the stage it was all Union labor). Pay was concert tix. Saw every act, big and small - about 40-50 gigs - in a 3 year period. While still in high school.

Love it, i own San Marino Blue as well. What brand is that Amuse bumper? I've been hoping for a decent replica aside from the Duraflex options. Shine gets expensive when you factor in shipping costs.
