Default P0430 P0435 after drift event

I took my Z to my first drift event last weekend. Towards the end of the day my CEL came on. I had the code read and it was P0340 and P0345... I cleared the code and continued driving the rest of the day. I drove all the way home and the code never came back. Is it possible that driving the car hard caused a false code? Or do I need to replace both cam sensors? The car seems fine now.

It’s an 03 with 128k. If the sensors were bad wouldn’t the code just keep coming back after it was cleared?

Mine went at around 75K and it was random at first. It threw the code, so I cleared it, drove for a week then it came back. Since the sensors aren't expensive and easy to replace I just swapped them after about the 3rd time it happened.
