I'm planning on raffling my 03 brickyard turbo 350z, what’s the best way of doing this ? It would obviously take trust from the buyers POV and how do I prove and show the winner if I plan on raffling…

A first thought: given that you are in the state of IL, there are State rules for running a raffle. You should look into those, first, before deciding to head down that path. Different charities and organizations have gotten into trouble in IL from time to time because of the State's requirements.

A second thought: I'm not sure what kind of market there would be for such a raffle.
