295 40 r18 +25 offset and 275 40 r18 front.

How is this setup. I live in California and the roads are ****. Not to mention I've seen lowtekz33 on YouTube and he's running this setup and it looks divine. Thoughts?

Divine looks aside, that setup will likely reduce overall performance of your Z. The rolling resistance alone will reduce fuel economy (as if it needed any help) and the increase in unsprung weight won't help acceleration either. And you mentioned the roads in Cali, so wider tires will pick up more roadway imperfections and the ride will get worse as well. Wait- why were you doing this in the first place?

275/40-18 rear and 255/40-18 front gives a really good ride on crummy roads

If you prefer grip/looks over agility you will be happy. Of note-
When I went from 17's with 225/245 to 18's with 265/295 my car was noticeably slower. But I do not have understeer and it takes a lot to break the Super Sports loose. gl!

Offsets alone is useless without wheel width, disk and face design. My show wheels are 19x10 +10 in the front and will not fit Brembos due to the low disk /face.
