Default 350z motor noise problem metal on metal

My engine makes a really awful sound and i have been researching and theres no video of this happening in any other Z that i could find so wanted to know if this is fixable or if i should just swap a new engine in its an 06 rev up engine

It sounds like your bearings are toast. You can get it repaired or get a used engine. I suspect you ran it out of oil.

I'd check all the pulleys - It sounds like you lost a couple bolts and one of them is slapping back and forth as the belt is driving it.

Why does your oil temp gauge go all the way to hot?

Have you checked all the basics? I mean:
1. Fluids
2. External loosen parts, including pulleys
3. Belts
4. Then engine mounts, transmission connection

After all that, you have to go inside the engine

DUDE look at your temp gauge for christ sakes. Wouldn't that be a sign? Maybe one of the chains controlling the water pump snapped and thats whats causing all of the noise.
