Thoughts on new wheels?
I have a 08 350, only done tint and blacked handles/emblems. I just bought the attached wheels 18x9 +25 offset all 4 with 255x40x18 rear and 245x40x18 front. Just looking for opinions on them. Bridgestone patenza rear and nexen in front.

could spacers or adapters make it better in your opinion?

Are they mounted on the car yet?
While it was said this isn't an optimal fit, it's not a bad fit either. Only you can decide if you want to space them out once you install them. Considering that a 9" wide +25 wheel pulls the wheel outwards by about 17mm, that's not horrible. Sure, you have more room to go but it probably won't be necessary.

Could be worse, they look ok, but the specs kinda suck .

They get delivered and mounted this Wednesday possibly early Thursday, yea they're black chrome. I am a little worried now that they wont look great considering the fitment reply....they are JNC019

OK, OP, don't get all into a panic here due to the fitment comments. As was said, maybe not optimal fit but get 'em on the car (or at least test fit the wheel sans tire; mounted tires, no returns) and take a look. Personally, I run my favorite wheels (9" fronts) at close to stock offset.... (I like pics so..... and yes, hard to see but you get the idea).
...19x9 +27 with 255s, never mind the diameter, width is same (offsets spaced down from +47 because these are 370Z wheels) and steering response is good, looks just fine to me, don't need toilet flush fit up front, performance is what counts.
But for sake of argument, these are 9.5s run at +20 just so you can visualize a difference. 13mm further outward than the 9s at top (due to extra wheel width AND offset) and more toilet flush, so you decide. (From this, the takeaway is that you have a lot of room to play with spacers if need be to get it right to YOUR eye.)
EDIT: Oh, meant to ask, wondering why you mixed tires F-R... both in odd size combo and brand/construction. Pre-existing tires? I'd be more concerned about this than the offsets/wheel fit at this point. Mixing brands is OK but I don't do it because of the mixed construction that influences AT THE LIMIT performance. Just cruising the streets and highways is fine but personally, I'll skimp on the wheel before the tires, one's only connection to the ground pulling a g load.

Waahhhhhhhhlllllll, Missuh Travis, I tends t'think it might be a culshurro thing..... You drives a Carvett, a good ol' made in the USofA car! Should be on a plump set o'GenGoodyearichs. (Almost said Fahrstone but then remebbered who owns dem.)
But ya, depends on the Potenzas one has as they cross the many performance grade lines. Potenza is the performance lineup but they go from the DOT-legal race RE-71R to the Max Perf SO series (S-04 Pole Position and the like) and on down the performance gradient to the HP all seasons. I bet you had RE050As (maybe they were RFTs to boot) on your Vette. They work OK but ride like cement truck tires. I mean, made of cement as tires to ride like a truck. Erf....

RPF1s are available in SBC, still wish I chose that color instead of silver.
