Randomly will not start...

Hi everyone!
Was wondering if anyone has had issues (or heard of any) with a 350Z randomly not starting? When I say not starting, I mean the key initiatives the starter but it just will not start for 5-20 attempts, then it will start. May be normal for a week, then not start again. This is my wife’s car and is a safety issue, the dealer could not find the problem as it is too hard for them to duplicate the issue. Thanks in advance for your input!

crankshaft sensor as well? can you hear the fuel pump when you turn the key on, before cranking?

I will check that when my wife returns with the car, thanks for the input!

The dealer probably would have found this, but if the battery is over 4 or 5 years old it's probably worth checking battery voltage with the engine is off, when it's cranking, and when it's on. It should read ~12.6v in the first two scenarios, and 13.7v+ with the car running.

Yeah, just replaced the battery as well, did not fix it...

How many miles? The fuel pump might be on its way out, they will intermittently work or not at the end.
