They are all over ebay, try messaging them there. Try messaging BMCann, he sells them. VISracing makes it as well.

bmccann101 I believe is the only guy that sells the NSM bumper from VIS. He went into a lot of detail as to how the ebay bumpers were from a crappy mold and won't fit right. Give him a hollar, I'm sure he'll be more than willing to answer any of your questions in regards to this.

walmart sez its from ikonmotors..and walmart sez nothing about the complete body kit....i found a site that has the complete body kit....but now i cant find it ......i know somebody has it .... somebody here sed that the ebay bumper has fitment prob....i dont want to scramble around looking for it.....wonder if someone here has that bumper or body kit ....thanks

When it comes to bumpers, you get what you pay for. If the vis is twice as expensive, the fitment and quality is probably twice as better than ikon.

I don't advise that. If it's private, there's a reason. Don't grab photos from someone private account and re-post. May not be "illegal" - despite the fact that nothing is really "private" on the interwebs - but it's at least uncool to re-post someone's pics without permission.
