Default Resonated pipes or test pipes

I am going to replace my catalytic converters soon but I done a lot of research and it seems that one of them has been giving people problems with the following symptoms

raspiness
rattaling

i myself do not want rattaling or my car sounding raspy I want some good pipes that will make my car sound louder with that nice backfire but I just don’t want that rattle or raspy sound any recommendations not something to expensive
and please explain why this happens
i currently have a agency exhaust and was going to get the Megan y pipe but I am stuck on what pipes to put to replace the stock catalytic converters please give me some information thank you.

car 2006 350z grand touring.

Welcome to the forum. There is a whole section dedicated to exhaust discussion found here -> https://my350z.com/forum/intake-exhaust-334/
Louder, without rasp, and cheap? I'm guessing you'll want to keep the catalytic converters and replace stuff after that. Lots of options.

If you don't want something "expensive" then just stick with your stock cats or buy used ART pipes or resonated test pipes with resonated XYZ pipe.

Figured as much. That's after fire. Not a good thing on a street car. Characteristic of real race cars with lots of cam overlap, huge fuel surplus, big ignition, and hardly a concern for the longevity of the exhaust system. But suit yourself.

Better than a true backfire, induction side, I s'pose. Like that big belch out of my v-stacks trying to start the car after 6 months. Ouch.

Buy some correctly sized Magnaflow catalytic converters for like $100 for two, and then go to a muffler shop and have them welded in for like $50

Just grab some resonated test pipes.
I've used both resonated/non resonated, there IS a difference in sound if it's a pipe with proper perforated/wadded material in that section (ie less rasp, not NO rasp).
