What is this part and what are the torque specs ? It’s under the lower plenum and the injectors go into it

I refer to them as the upper and lower plenum. You'd have to upload a picture of the hardware you're refering to bc no one knows what your talking about as-is ...

IIRC you installed an aftermarket plenum which "blew-off". The torque spec for those bolts is 4-5ft lbs or 48-60inch lbs. Gl!
