Hey Guys,

Installed a lightweight ebay flywheel on my 350 and did a little how to for you guys, wanted something cheap for a temporary fix until bigger things come and decided to be a guinea pig for you guys to test the quality and reliability of an ebay flywheel. This video is just the install but I will make an updated video on first impressions/ review and keep you guys updated the more miles i put on the car. Enjoy!

Good video ...

did you use a clutch disk alignment tool when you reinstalled the transmission to the engine?

Why would you need an alignment tool to reinstall the transmission?

Clutch itself perhaps.....

Says the dorky guy who took three days reinstalling a transmission in an S30 because he didn't listen to his father when he told him to check the alignment of the alignment tool... which was bent... doy.

You think that's bad? My ref'd comment above, it took me three days before actually finding out the clutch alignment tool was bent. Then eyeball re-installed the clutch (no tool) and the trans slid right in! I was afraid/embarrassed to tell pops he was right. Hahahahaha.

Haha yeah I did but I don't think I had it in all the way so I think the alignment was off a bit. I was going to redo it that second day because it was so ridiculous but then it slid together. I think it was a mix of exhaustion and frustrated lol

Good watch, I cant wait to do mine. I got a used JWT flywheel for $40 that needed a new surface plate. So I got a new one and cleaned up the flywheel and she is now ready to go in once my stock clutch dies.

You'll have to keep us updated on how it is after you install it! It definitely is a bit more responsive now for sure.
