Default Going on 2 weeks of constant diagnostics I nearly have her fixed

Order of openerations. When I began it had a wicked power draw the roof would power up move a nudge and stop instantly now ive got it to open all the way to the last step where is freezes I manually active the switch on the very top just left of the seat and it finishes its cycle however when I go to close it the 5th bow actuator the central motor seen thru the rectangle access panel the motor spits the cable out and it doesn't grab it so it just spins the actuator and does nothing ive tried several ways to get it fed back into the motor pushing it and holding the switch power probing it but it just blows my circuit after 1 tooth every time no matter what I do tested on a starter motor that works great but not the damn actuator seems ive tried it all Without actually removing it but I can't seem to get further than 1 maybe 2 teeth and it repeats the same ******** over and over

any suggestions or ideas please get back to ne thanks
