How much beating do y'all put on your vq35's?
 

Are these motors really that strong were you can redline them everyday with no worries or nah?
(And this is for the N/A guys/girls lol)

The redline is there for a reason. Beat away.
High rpm's put more wear on the engine for the same amount of mileage so just do your oil changes more often. Use mobile 1/filter
I also recommend putting magnets on the stock plug or getting a magnetic plug(I got an aluminum plug with a magnet off ebay for about $10)
