Passenger window would roll down until the top put down and now it won't go up.

This past weekend my passenger window stopped going down, I didn't have the time to pull the door panel over the weekend but I figured it was the motor or regulator as the switch on neither door worked to lower the window however today my wife drove the car while I was at work and I got a text saying the window rolled down when she put the top down but now it won't go back up. So now I'm at a complete loss since it rolled down when she put the top down leading me to believe it's not a regulator or motor but neither switch was working so what would cause this specific issue and what should I be looking/checking for repair?

Possibly a dumb question, but is the window lock switch engaged?

Not a dumb question at all and honestly I now feel a little foolish as that was the problem. I'm not sure how the button got pressed, I must have accidentally pressed it getting in/out of the car and it never crossed my mind that's what happened. Thanks for the help

You know, I think we've all been there at least once, and for those that deny it, they're lying. :icon17:
