Seat Cushion Letting Go Under G's?
 

This has happened at a couple of autox and track events. Under cornering load, the seat cushion under my right thigh literally lets go. I then have to grab it and pull up so that it can apparently re-latch to the seat frame. Kind of annoying especially on the track...and definitely disconcerting when I'm focused on driving. Feels like the floor fell from under me figuratively.

Maybe I'm just a fatass. :p

I think the Sparco Evo or Pro2000 full buckets are in order.

Maybe we should contact NNA concerning this...they can't very well sell something called a Track model if the seats are going to let go. :(

I hope NNA dosn't issue a TSB referring to the seat problem as "seat feathering"--it'll never get fixed!:)
