Hey Austinites,

Want to meet near Friday's again and see Derek's car?

Derek - we want to see your new DB Track.

I've also got mine all decked out and ready for show, and would like to see others.

Sometime later tonight? Who can make it?

Where we met last time would be great. I will post to S2Ki, as well, and see if we get any of those folks that want to come out.

I really wish we could find some local owners with the Le Mans Sunset, Pikes Peak White, Black and Redline. Then we would have the full spectrum of choices. :)

I will also be attending the Capital Z event Monday. Everyone should come out.

I went to Spoke's autocross this past Saturday at Techridge with Rodell and Chris. At the event I met Jimmie Edrington who has a Redline Enthusiast. Jim's a really nice guy and he works at IBM in the area.

Maybe Jim will read this and join us.

Derek - glad to hear you finally got your Z. I won't be able to make it tonight - I'm going to see Les Mis. And Monday is the gf's birthday so I probably won't be at the Capital Z meeting either.

I believe the Friday's in the La Frontera complex. In the parking lot behind the Friday's parking lot. There is an open area for overflow from the restaurants, but it is pretty empty. No Geo Storms to ding your doors. :D

You guys will love the redline. I am not a red car guy but the dealer down here has one and it doesn't let you down at all.

Sorry I couldn't make it guys... Hopefully I'll have my PPW/Touring/aero pkg for the next meet. It should come in Oct. 2nd. Can we make the next meet a little more central (like Dave&Buster's)? I live far south off Slaughter Ln. Catch up to you guys next time. I'm sure you all had fun... :cool:

I think that is a good idea. So far the majority of us live up North, but we do have to accommodate the folks from the South like you too. I think Dave & Buster's is a good candidate. It is a centralize location, easy access and have a big parking lot.

With your PPW coming, this group will have the following:

That's great! I'll be able to bring a color that you guys don't have in the group just yet. Hopefully my PPW will be a nice addition to the group. I'm not sure how it will look but I'm looking for a wood grain console replacement incert kit (hopefully there will be door panel incerts as well). I think it will look cool with the white exterior. We'll see.. Has anyone in the group had the 'Clear Bra' 3M protection installed yet?
