Stock FI 350z's in the Works?

Has anyone heard of any news if the Nissan boys plan on making a Forced Induction version of the 350z like the 300zx's anytime soon?

Post your opinions and comments.

If so, I certainly think it would be worth the wait. :icon4:

since the search is broken......

some say they will never make another Turbo Z again because it would place it out of the price range that makes it so attractive. Thats what killed the 300ZX, and it is doubtful that they are going to make that mistake again. The sales are great but they do have a turbo on their GT car if im not mistaken Im just not sure which type. Maybe on the Fairlady Type E which comes out in 6 months over in Japan, but doubtful because nothing was mentioned on the review except for the longer body. I would love to see a stock FI Z cause maybe then I would be able to buy it with warranty for my Z

What the problem to add turbo-option? So people who want it will pay for it, and others will buy cheaper models... I don't get why would it affect sales.

It would not surprise me if Nissan put a TT in the Z as an "option". The standaard Z is a great car as is. With all the hooplay about TT Zs though, Nissan might get the idea of special order Zs.

That could also give them a spot on the aftermarket for TT installs.

Atleast thats what I would like to see.

If anything is going to be turbo, it will be the GT-R. I heard recently from a reliable source that Nissan NA is testing an aftermarket turbo kit purchased from a certain engine tuner in Gardena...for a VQ35.
