Why so much hate against the Z's looks?
 

It's always either:
"The G35 looks better."
"The 300zx looks better."

Am I crazy for thinking the 350z is the best looking car around? :(

I havent ever gotten a negative comment on my cars looks. I still get compliments on it daily.

I hear compliments on Z's all the time. I love both the G35coupe and 350Z looks. I want my dad to get a track 350Z so we can have both.

I bet they're just jealous that you own such a beautiful car.

If you owned a 300ZX/G35 I bet they would have said the 350Z is nicer.:)

No negative comments on my Z neither except for one of my friends complaining about the big rear, but I love how big it is ;)

I agree, the Z is the one of the best looking cars on the road. Up there with the Ferrari 360 and 355 IMO.

The prevailing thoughts of most people about the 350Z's looks are VERY positive. Some of the negative comments that you are hearing are either a very select FEW that are honest about disliking the look, while the rest are probably just jealous of your ride. IMO of course ;)

I have gotten nothing but positive comments. Especially on the color!

The only negative comment I have ever received was that someone told me it looked like a Celica!!!

Brick is a nice color and a Z is a beautiful car. I had nothing but compliments for the car and then again i had haters hating on it , its life u like what u like all that matters :D

Never heard one bad comment on the Z's looks or even read about one.This car definitely gets noticed.

a stock z on the stock 17's doesnt looks so good IMO...with 18's it looks better but stock vs stock i think the g35c has the appearance edge.

modded however is a diff story entirely. the g doesn't look so great modded but the z looks 100% better than the g with bigger rims/front lip/lowered/spoiler. the z has more potential and allows you to personalize it to your own tastes. ive seen a ton of modded g's and they just dont have the impact a modded z does.

Who kept talking up the G35...then one day I brought my recently washed and waxed Z to the auto show (Houston)...parked next to a pearl G35 (my car is PPW). Just before we hopped back in to go home he was like, "yeah I gotta admit...yours is the hot one"

Bottom line is that jealous people will always talk $hit.
