Default Different brake pad recommendations?

Hi all,
Just getting a little tired of all the brake dust and thought I would ask this group a few questions.

1. Has anyone actually replaced the standard brake pads with a different type? If so, do they generate less dust?

2. What would everyone recommend to switch to?

Thanks,
MBEGuy

Have you waxed your wheels? I applied a coat of wax to mine the first time I washed the car- there is still tons of brake dust even after short drives, but it is *very* easy to wipe off using a soft cloth. I think the wax might help here- it takes me only about 5 minutes to wipe off all the dust at the end of the day...

Great stopping power... but too much brake dust.

Wonder how well NISMO pads are?
