Cool video! check out the Z's in the last race
 

this video is pretty cool, the last race/comparison is between a 350z and a 300ztt. i think the short track and driver reactions/skill affected the outcome of these races more than the car's abilities did. see for yourselves.

kind of interesting. like you said though, driver skill plays a huge factor in those races.

there are too many variables left open, nevertheless the vid was cool to watch. i still hate old cars!

What is the deal with those guys? Is there some sort of reason why they're always ragging on the 350z? Is it just a joke, or what? Someone fill me in.

Yeah, Tiff (the older guy with thick Brit accent) has always hated the new 350Z. He did a review on it, and didnt even push the car. He cruised it around town and bitched about the interior being cheap and the stereo being designed solely to annoy your neighbors. Whatever, the guy tests out Gallardos and Zondas - Why would he like the Z??

The older guy is Jeremy Clarkson, not Tiff Needel. Clarkson has always hated 350Zs, while Tiff has actually quite likes them (he hosts a different program altogether. 5th gear I think)

Yup Tiff Needel, was raving about the 350Z in a video review. Jeremy on the other hand complained that the 350Z was like a raw curry hamburger.:D

twin turbo vs. normally aspirated......that was not a fair race!

Yup, plus the price difference too. The 300ZX tt wasn't cheap.
