Speaker looks blown. The cone looks "sunk."

Carefully push the cone in to check speaker movement... and check for rubbing feel. If you do, then the speaker is blown.

You'd want to push using two fingers one on each side of the dust cap so the force is even.

Sorry.. not making sense tonight.

Yeah it bottoms out alot sooner then the other one... ahh well I have to ship it back at my cost, and then they'll send me another one at there cost if they find it defective.. I wanted it in by the weekend but I guess it isn't going to happen now Hopefully this goes smoothly and they don't try to blame me for it, I never even got the chance to rip the doors off bahhh.. but at least the rear speakers are fine.

Yup... it's "sunk." Thus, it's blown.

Looks like a worn display item. I still buy stuff on Ebay. I take a risk and assume the item is used. The MB Quarts I bought were "new," and looked very nice and clean. No problems with these speakers so far.

I also bought a used Sony digital EQ to fill the gap once I get my Clarion deck.

I would be pissed too. Definately call and *****. They SHOULD pay shipping and kiss your *** a little too. Post this on www.caraudioforum.com for everyone else to know to avoid them too.
