How can you skip the most important part of that quote? Jeesh...
The people who buy Corvette aren't caught up on things like interior... I know I personally would rather have shitty interior than fork over more money for a car that doesn't even perform as well. No thanks.

Umm the topic was the interior. I liked the C6, but since I spend my time INSIDE the car almost every day of my life it shouldn't look like a POS $20k car. That and the depreciation on them is horrific, I would buy a lightly used one and save the nearly $20k one year plunge in value.

Okay this thread has gone completely OT, so I thought I respond to this nonsense. The interior is crap, it has the same interior as a Cobalt, perhaps even the same steering wheel. I wanted to buy a C6, but just couldn't do it after my test drive. Here is a review posted today, highlighted for your reading pleasure.

Drove a 370Z and my C6 back to back. I like the Z's interior, it's nicer than Vette, but only marginally. Mine has nary a rattle or squeak, and it's ergonomically perfect for me. Beyond the interior, in both styling and blistering performance, the Z is left whining in the background like a misshapen step-child. After all, it still just a Nissan.
Here's the exact car I drove, it's STILL for sale, over a year on the lot! It's a video tour including the interior.

I guess I can't give you too much crap about a thread of this nature because I've done the same thing in the past. Choosing a car is very subjective. You shouldn't ever buy a car because other people like it; all that matters is if you like it. Go out and test drive both cars and then buy the one you like most. It's that simple!

Dumb. Age doesn't matter, I'm 17 driving an 2005 Evo MR...and drive a lot safer/better than most older people I know. It just depends on the person.

Hey, Im already decided to pick up a c6 once a find a good deal. I just have one question, how big is the trunk? Is it bigger than the Z or not? Can I fit my snowboard and bindings in it? BTW I live in Vegas too!

I would keep your scion and focus on saving your money.. being 18 you have no idea how bad the economy is and your dad would see that his young poncho would be on the right track to becoming a grown man with practical decision making skills
just my two cents bro ..

Get the new camaro, a great retro-design, great gas mileage, faster than the 370z, better interior.
The 370z has..... better handling.
By the way girls will go crazy over the camaro rather than the 370z
