I'm going to put a flashbulb and sensor to counteract the speed and red light cameras. Or I might use it for a third exhaust tip going nowhere. Or I might use it as a cuckoo clock that is speed activated once I'm in the triple digits. Or I might use it for..... :P

It's a front license plate scanner, works like a supermarket price scanner.
Next time somebody tailgates you - scan their plate!
