Front Tire wear problems on GT-R ala 350Z Nissan GT-R cust service stone walls again

Here we go again!
I bought a GT-R in June. Bought in for 1k service at Porter Nissan Delaware. The GT-R special mech. check the car and checked alignment but did not think it needed alignment. At 6k mi i noticed that rumbling front tire noise. I took it to another Nissan dealer and they confirmed the uneven feathering or cupping on inside tread of front tires. Now it's getting real load just like my 03 Nissan 350z. I contacted the special GT-R customer service and was stonewalled with nothing we can do. Is anyone else having this problem?

I have 6,000 miles and kept the track setting, but don't have cupping issues. What suspension setting did you put your car into?

^^^Also Bridgestones or Dunlops?

Yeah that sucks because more than likely has to do with the shocks or toe settings.

Dunlop all season run flat

Dunlop all season run flats, have street alignment as mostly around town driving at 6k mi. I heard they can shave or smooth out the irregular feathering. Have not found anyone who can do this. Nissan Corp. GT-R Customer services worthless.

350Z drivers have been coping with feathered front tires for 6 years. Should this be a surprise?

Never had a problem with it. I always seem to wear out the rears before the fronts. :)

Yeah corporate cust service doesn't really seem to have much of a factor in servicing the owners. :(

I did find a solution and had the tires shaved even and smooth again.

some 3350z owners may find this helpful or race car owners.
I also owned a 03 350z with tire wear problems.
The 350z wear problem is caused by frames made out of spec and these cars will not wear tires evenly if you use factory spec for alignment. Best to have a race shop set your car up and when a found spec finally solves the wear problem save the specs for future alignments. many lemon lawed their 350z
