I got to see a 2009 GTR run at the SCCA solo event at South Georgia Motorsports Park this past weekend. It was very impressive to say the least. I just wish they had let it run the entire course before starting the next car, so I could have heard the GTR without the next-in-line noisy pos drowning it out.

For anyone interested in a 2010 GTR, there's one that's been sitting at the dealership in Thomasville, GA, since the fall of 2009. They're probably ready to make a deal on it.

For what.... to slow down the car?

I like manuals as much as the next guy, but there comes a point when you have to let go of the traditional. There has to be a reason Ferrari and Lamborghini have ditched it.

I definetely prefer driving a manual trans but a buddy who has a GTR was telling me that the automatic in that car allows the boost to not drop between shifts, so, from a performance stand point, the automatic is the way to go...

Thumbs up

There will always be Miatas, S2Ks and such for those seeking the pure unfiltered driving experience. The GTR is a super car built for max. performance and as such, the twin-clutch auto makes sense.
