ZZtopless has it made cuz he/she has no state income tax, while those of us living in cali get raped. Cost of living relative to what I'd make was a big reason I moved here - the economy here is great for the work I do (highway design), no state income tax, and awesome weather. Jen |
Interesting Results so far, Almost every Z owner makes at least 35K and a good Portion make over 65K..
|
46-65 and age 26

Jen i still think so cal is the place to be, even with our ridiculously high state income tax nice constant 70~80 degree weather, never rains, never humid. |

I don't know if Nissan tracks this kind of info, but according to Honda, the average income of the S2000 owner is $110,000. Most people buy them as a "spare" toy. The average income of the Corvette owner is $98,000. In contrast, the net worth of the average Bentley owner is $15,000,000. Not sure how the ZR fares in this, but I'm willing to bet that there are many well-to-do people out there who own this car as a toy. For sure the average income of the roadster owner is much higher than the average for a coupe owner. Maybe I'm biased, but I do feel that there is also a prestige factor with the ZR that isn't as much with the coupe.

Just turned 23, am in the 25-30k range and own a Touring Z, its my daily driver though :( Would have more $ to buy a beater if I moved out of my Apt., lived at home and stopped going to school but I would be giving up to much. Maybe in a couple of years I can join the rest of ya but for now im just an anomaly :D
