You've definately taken about 12 steps up in safety and crashworthiness. Cobra's are cool but everyone I know who had one barely drove it and got rid of it for something more refined.

The Cobra had a Ford Racing Boss 302 in it. I built it in 2008 and have been using it as a daily driver (20,000) miles. Decided I'd like something with a roof. I miss it. I still look for hot pipes when I get close to the Z.
The Z is a 2008 auto. I won't buy a used vehicle with a clutch, too many unknowns. My only plans are to drive it.
The Z is probably safer than the Cobra but, I've seen FFR's that rolled, rolled back over and driven away.
Thanks,
Kevin
