Default How different is the roadster?

How different is the trunk exterior demotions on the roadsters?

I hate the roadster/hard top shapes avalible. I want to see about making a targa top from coupe for my roadster.

I'm just curious how and where the demotions differ if at all? Maybe see about making a hatchback/coupe type hard too for my roadster. Instead of using the short ugly top shape.

Does anyone know the actual dementions differences? If any at all?

Yes this^

I've got a convertible and want a more flowing hardtop. Nothing on the market is even remotely attractive so im now resorting to custom fabbing on on my own.

And I'll mispell dimensions as much as I dam well please. You can thank most of that to cold and wet fingers and auto correct on this phone.

So does anyone on this forum actually help with questions?

Or does every member on this board just stick around to talk crap and BS about everything but actualy answer a Z related question?

Cause I see guys spending a lot more time derailing threads than even bother answering any of the OP's or questions asked...

Don't pay any attention to turboed350z and travlee. They have no useful information to share because they're what you call "ricers" that's why they try to flame people who are in search of information

OP, why don't you try asking an intelligible question? You ask "How different is the trunk exterior demotions on the roadsters?". Different than what? If you want "different". you need at least two things to compare. What kind of answer did you expect? All roadsters have the same trunk dimensions, if that's what you're asking.

If that's not what you wanted, try again, and ask with some more carefully-worded questions.

Still 13 posts and not a single answer on the exterior dimension difference between a roadster and a coupe for the hatch/trunk area... Idk how else to ask it... Or "intelligible" as you put it.

If you don't understand the question or don't know the answer. Don't post. Pretty simple. A simple "what do Ya mean OP?" Would have been easy enough. Simple conversation.

Rather than you guys derailing another thread for the sake of talking sh**... nos your playing the let me spin it on OP for why I "had" to post an a hole remark. Not my first rodeo dude.

Either you can answer the question or not. So, let me ask again. Do YOU know the exterior dimension of the coupe vs roadster versons of the 350z? As to which I can use to figure out if I can mate a could hatch to the mounting points of a roadsters soft top.....

Oh the irony... how bad do you feel knowing that a "ricer" has a nicer car than you? Must suck knowing that a "ricer" spent more on his wheels than your car is worth. Sucks to be you.

The car is the same size but nothing is going to line up with anything... Sell your car and get a hard top, or buy a $2000 hardtop and deal with the ugly... Or get creative and make your own... Post results but it will be hard to improve on Nissan's design.
