The QP done right will be at least 1500+ if it is just that one spot. Honestly, If its just a cheap project car, cut the rust out, throw on overlays; however, if the outside of the car looks like that, more than likely the bottom is rotted out and there are a lot of other rust holes/spots you don't see yet. I'd Pass.
