Default Rear of top does not seal to deck lid

Hello all, this past weekend I installed a Robbins top on my daughters 350. Everything seems to be working ok except when closing the top, the rear window area of the top does not seal against the deck. I can see that the rubber seal has about a 1/8 inch gap where its not sitting down all the way. I also have to pull down on the front of the top to latch it. I have been letting it sit in the sun but it doesn’t seem to help much. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I need to get the car back to her soon, she is in college.

Bumping this thread, still after 4 months there is a tiny gap where light shines through when I look back at the rear of the car while sitting in it. About to take it to Nissan to get examined any last thoughts? Had a snow storm stretch it (and sit on top of the cover with weight) STILL no luck.

I had the same problem when I changed my top. I ended up adding a self adhesive weatherstrip to the bottom of the roof top. It's been there for the last 3 years, never had a problem or leak since then

very cool idea @makrulic! Do you have the link you used? Lol so paranoid the inside of our beloved Z is going to get mold! Thinking the new top is just made a bit to short.... (side note, bought the black cloth top... man does it look good though)

thanks again!
