What gas do you guys run in your Z's?
 

Most of you know my Mom bought a Z off of me a few months ago and I told her to run Premium fuel only, specifically Chevron. I asked her the other day what gas she is putting in lately and she told me Arco since it's cheaper!:eek:

Tell me what brand of gas you guys and gals are running so I can print this out and fax it to my Mom.

Do they have Sunoco in CA? I know they won't have Ultra 94 there, but Sunoco fuel seems to be pretty good.

When I was in Seattle, I used Texaco/Shell, and stayed away from 76 and Arco.

I put either 76 premium or Arco premium. There's absolutly nothing wrong with Arco. It's actually one of the biggest fuel mfg in the world. I have used their gas for 10+ years in my cars, and never had any problems or complaints with it.

I was told to run Chevron with Techron in the VQ motors. Am I wrong?

With gas prices out of control, I've been using Costco. The truth is that almost all the gas comes from the same refineries, so as long as it's a quality name, you can usually be assured that it's quality gas.

true gas is gas, but Chevron puts Techron in their gas to keep your engine clean. Not every brand is like that (ex. Costco)and was curious which was better.
